Dr Armaan seems to be going through tough times. Armaan, who is already working hard to win back Dr Riddhima’s love, has a competitor to deal with now. Dr Abhimanyu, the new head of Sanjeevani hospital, has also fallen in love with Dr Riddhima. Moreover, to make things worse, even Dr Shubhankar seems to be convinced that Riddhima’s actual lover is Dr Atul, Armaan’s best friend. Oh God!!! What is going to happen to Armaan’s love? I wish the US government could bail him out too.
