Star Plus presents Yeh Rishta Kya Kya Kehlata Hai

I have often wondered why we watch television. My husband is addicted to CNN and BBC, cartoon network features among the five-things-I-cannot-live-without for my 5 year old and I was satisfied with watching a titbit here and there. However, things have changed in Mehta household since the launch of Yeh Rishta Kya Kya Kehlata Hai. It is a new soap aired on Star Plus.

I really like the story line of Yeh Rishta Kya Kya Kehlata Hai. It is a story of most couples of my generation who are strangers before they say I do. My American friends are astonished by the concept of arranged marriage. When I tell them that I agreed to marry Rishi, I had hardly talked to him for ten minutes. I believe Yeh Rishta Kya Kya Kehlata Hai will reinforce the beauty of Indian culture, tradition and ethics through its simple story.

You can watch Yeh Rishta Kya Kya Kehlata Hai on Star Plus. Star One and Star Plus are available in the US. If you would like to have Star Plus and Star One call your cable operator. Star Plus and Star One are available on Dish Network or Direc TV. Click here for more information.

Reshmi faints on Nach Baliye 4 sets

The competition at Nach Baliye 4 is getting tougher with every passing week. I like watching the performance on Fridays more than on Saturdays. This is because every Saturday one jodi is evicted from the show.

While I was watching Nach Baliye 4 on Saturday, I could feel the tension in air before Hiten announced the bottom two. My favorite jodi Reshmi and Amit were once again in the bottom three. Just before Hiten announced if the duo were in the bottom 2 Reshmi fainted. Everybody was stumped as Reshmi fell down. But soon the doctor came and everything was alright. The couple gave a great performance despite Reshmi’s ill health. Sadly, when the results were announced Amit and Reshmi had to say goodbye and leave the show.

Nach Baliye 4 is aired on Star Plus. Some of the best programs are aired on Star One and Star Plus. Star One and Star Plus is available in the US. Dill Mill Gaye- DMG- Armaan Nikita –unrequitted love

In a new twist to Dill Mill Gaye on STAR PLUS, we find a chapter of unrequited love between the medical interns Armaan and Nikita. What I and few others here in Boston personally do not understand is how Nikita can even think of being so passionately in love with Armaan. She has been a good friend of Armaan all through in college. Morover she is painfully aware of Ridhhima’s presence in Armaan’s life. How can she think of swearing herself to Armaan time and again. Nonetheless, it will be interesting to watch the outcome of this triangle on Dill Mill Gaye aired on Star Plus.

Star Plus presents Nach Baliye 4 in the US

Happy New Year to all of you! My resolution for this year is to follow the footsteps of Farah Khan. No, I do not have any offers to become a judge in any reality show, however I am only trying to lose weight. Farah Khan is looking fabulous in Nach Baliye 4 after she lost five kilos within one month. Before the show was aired Farah followed a strict diet comprising fresh fruits and vegetable juices through the week followed by one day of normal diet.

I have been watching Nach Baliye 4 from the time it started in October last year. I was worried that I would not be able to continue watching Nach Baliye 4 and my other favorite shows that are aired on Star Plus and Star One when I moved to the US to stay with my daughter. However, to my great relief Star Plus and Star One are available in the US as well.

You can contact your cable operator, Dish Network or Direc TV to get Star Plus on your TV. Some of the best programs are aired on Star One and Star Plus.
